Latin Dance Workout

During this Latin dance workout you do cardio exercises on Latin American music. Because you are constantly dancing, you don’t realize that you are burning hundreds of calories at the same time.

The course is designed for ladies and gentlemen who like to exercise on music. Dance experience is helpful, but not required.


Latin Dance Workout is a fitness training in which you dance solo on Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Reggaeton music. Unlike Zumba, we really get down to the original steps of these dances. This way you not only burn calories, but you also learn to dance better and more beautifully.

Minimum amount of registrations

This training has a minimum of 8 participants to commence. Share your enthusiasm with your colleagues and invite them to join!


  • 15 sessions of one hour.
  • Number of participants: minimum of 8 and maximum of 15
  • Thursdays from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • First session: September 8
  • Last session: December 15
  • Room: Creative Room
  • Please wear sport shoes and clothing.

My name is Papito Janga, born in Curaçao and now living in Zwolle. I have been dancing since I was a child and can’t wait to pass on my passion for Latin dance in this sportive workout.
